FUNDING PARTNERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

The Health Alliance for the Uninsured receives grants and contributions from many foundation, corporate and community partners. Recent grants, and their purposes, are described below. We thank them for placing their confidence in HAU’s programs and services!

Oklahoma City Community Foundation – iFund Health Care grant of $25,000 to further develop a shared electronic medical record system for the purpose of improving health.
West Oklahoma City Rotary Club – an International Rotary Foundation grant will allow the purchase of vision testing equipment that will be utilized within Crossings Community Clinic but will serve the community.
Oklahoma County Medical Society Community Foundation – $1,500 to provide corrective lenses for patients screened through the Diabetic Eye Project
Oklahoma County Medical Society Alliance – $10,000 of the funds raised through the Nichols Hills Kitchen Tour to support Care Connection, HAU’s program that coordinates diagnostic and specialty care
Sarkeys Foundation – $25,000 to purchase bulk prescription medications for HAU partner clinics
INTEGRIS Health – funds to support the Executive Director position
Mercy Hospital – funds to support the Patient Services Coordinator position
St. Anthony Hospital – funds to support the Medical Director position
Telligen Community Initiative – $25,000 for medication access staffing

Board of Directors and Individual Donor Gifts provide ongoing operational support. We appreciate all donations!
