Words cannot express how much Debra Autry and Beverly Caviness have brought to the Health Alliance for the Uninsured. As founding directors of the Medication Assistance and Care Connection programs, respectively, they have been responsible for providing more than $19 million worth of medications and almost three times that much in specialty care, valued at $43 million, to people in our community. Beverly has served HAU since June 2006, and Debra joined us in December 2012. A huge debt of appreciation is due both of these wonderful employees as they embark on the next chapter of their lives, joining our visionary HAU leader Pam Remmel in the well-earned season of retirement. Debra’s retirement date is August 1, 2021, and Beverly will most likely be found enjoying the sunshine on a beach after Sept. 30, 2021.
