The Health Alliance for the Uninsured in Oklahoma is proud to announce Dr. Mike Herndon as our new Executive Director. Dr. Herndon, who has served as HAU Chief Medical Officer for the past three years, will continue to fulfill the duties of that role while also serving as the Executive Director.
Dr. Herndon brings a wealth of experience and vital organizational skills to the Executive Director role. He served on the executive staff as the Chief Medical Officer for Oklahoma Medicaid and practiced family medicine for over twenty years.
We are deeply grateful for Dr. Herndon’s dedication and vision in leading our mission to support those providing medical care to Oklahoma’s uninsured. His expertise and passion will continue to drive our efforts to make a meaningful impact in our communities.
